Governor Wanga, French ambassador commission Kaswanga water project

Homa Bay County Governor Gladys Wanga and the French Ambassador to Kenya Arnaud Suquet on Friday, February 21 commissioned the newly built Kaswanga Water project. The project, with a capacity of 200,000m³, will provide water to over 8000 residents in Rusinga Central and West locations. The water project is finance by the French government, Homa Bay County government and the Suba North National Government Constituency Development Fund. The community will access water at various public water points. The project will also supply water to schools, hospitals.
