Home Bay County elected leaders meet Finance Minister John Mbadi and PS Ray Omollo

Homa Bay County leaders met in Nairobi to strategize on how to work with the government of President William Ruto. Treasury Cabinet Secretary John Mbadi said the leaders discussed “regional development.” Homa Bay County Governor Gladys Wanga said the leaders reviewed the progress of ongoing development projects in Homa Bay. The elected officials discussed prioritizing key initiatives essential for driving economic growth in the county. She added that “collaboration” between the county and the national government is aimed at accelerating development and ensuring sustainable economic prosperity for the people at the county level. “Our deliberations focused on unlocking the county's potential by aligning national and county priorities to foster economic growth, create opportunities and improve livelihoods,” Wanga said. Interior Principal Secretary Raymond Omollo and Senator Moses Kajwang also attended thee meeting.
