Nakuru court orders security officers to produce missing fisherman Brian Odhiambo

A court in Nakuru has ordered security officers in the county to produce fisherman Brian Odhiambo in court. Justice Julius Nangea wants the district criminal investigation officer to appear in court on Tuesday, January 28 to provide details regarding Odhiambo’s arrest or disappearance. Odhiambo was last seen when Kenya Wildlife Services officers found him fishing in a prohibited area near Lake Nakuru. Nakuru residents have engaged police in running battles, accusing the officers of beating up Odhiambo and dragging him into their vehicle. The fisherman has never been seen or heard from.
