RICRAF to feature cultural events and national ID registration at Kamasengre Primary School

The organizers of this year's Rusinga Island Cultural, Religious and Arts Festival, RICRAF, will hold a one-day national identity cards registration event during the festival. The festival kicks off on Friday, December 26 at Kamasengre Primary School. The ID and SHA registration will be on December 28, 0225 at Kamasengre Primary School. Applicants for the national ID must be a Kenyan citizen aged 18 and above and must provide specific original documents and follow the application process. Applicants are required to bring original documents and copies of the following documents: birth certificate or notification of birth, one or both parents’ national ID cards, school leaving certificate, two passport-sized photos, and a completed Form 23, which will be provided during the registration. RICRAF features cultural heritage and artistic talent of Rusinga islanders.
